The sick feeling is just not going away...
In fact, it is getting worse. I am trying so hard to take my thoughts captive, to control my emotions, to use what I have learned, and to practice what I preach. Somehow, though, it's just not working. I don't think I've ever been so scared in my life...

Take a deep breath and pray!! Know that you have a whole lot of people supporting you guys and cheering you on through the process!
