I think this is the youngest picture I have of me "playing" the piano. I am sure I was just pounding on the piano here. LOL! :o)
I actually started taking lessons when I was five and continued through the end (or close to it) of high school. I was okay. Not fabulous. Now, I haven't played in years :o( since we left the church where D.T. was the minister of music. I just haven't really had an opportunity since then. Now, I'm not sure if I even remember how. ;o)
Someday.
What instrument did you learn to play growing up? Do you still play? :o)

Clarinet - haven't played since high school, but could probably still play the theme song to Rocky which is what we played for "motivation" at football games!! I always wanted to play the piano. The girls next door put masking tape on their piano keys and tried to teach me. Boy was their mom furious! I seriously think I am going to take lessons as soon as my credit card is paid off. I want to learn just enough to pick out a tune and practice singing.
I played flute during middle school and high school. After graduation I just put it down. I wish I never had. I tried to play it not long ago and can't remember a thing! Not to mention the poor thing has seen it's better days. I'd love to start back up again. Maybe someday.....
