Now, I know...

...that I absolutely cannot do the 30 Day Shred two days in a row. Even being close to 20 pounds down, my body has not achieved the endurance it needs. I said recently that I think it will be the 60-90 day shred for me because I had been doing it every 2-3 days. LOL! :o) Well, last night, I did it for the 2nd day in a row, and I couldn't make it past 10 minutes. Jillian would have been mad! Pitiful really, I admit, but man... am I SORE today!!! Advil, here I come! I've kind of hit a plateau at 18.8 pounds, and I really want to get over that hump. I hope that this summer heat eases up a little soon so that I can keep some dog walking in the mix. It gives me another alternative between Shred days, and they LOVE it, too! Last night was just too hot for that, and today is supposed to be even worse. :-(

By the way, the picture I posted the other day was for Sloppy Joes by Taste of Home. We make them with lean ground turkey instead of beef to make them a bit healthier. Check them out. I know the grape jelly in them will probably sound strange to you, but really, it is an AWESOME recipe! Try it! :o)

The Shred about killed me...I lasted 6 days with a one day break in there somewhere. I'm more into walking with a min or two of jogging thrown in every once in a while. Well, really I'm just not that into exercising but it's getting better.
I put grape jelly on my sausage biscuits so sloppy joes with grape jelly sounds pretty good to me! :)

I did the 45-Day Shred....I would do it about 4-5 days a week and 15 days for each level. My plan was to start back yesterday but this week just isn't going to work :-)

18 pounds down is awesome! Keep up the great work!! I needed to use up a can of Manwich so I cooked sloppy joes the other night although they aren't my favorite. I'll have to check out your recipe.
